The power of the group is amazing! I was concerned about a proposal for a client that I was planning on bidding lower for.. As a result the group provided guidance and the client signed a $90,000 per year deal.


"I brought a question to the group about a client I was thinking of bidding lower because they were strategic to us and I didn’t think they would go for $90k/year of services which is what they would need to pay for us to hit our AHR target. The groups feedback was not to reduce the fees or compromise our rates. I sent them the option ABC with C being the $90k per year and we just got the green light on option C! Thanks for pushing me to stick to our prices. Part of this exercise I have learned that it is okay if it takes clients a week or two to decide with follow up questions. We used to bid too low and get immediate yes’s. So I’m having to be comfortable with a little longer conversion time. Less yes’s but more quality clients."

"Just finished a “Team” meeting, went over all plans, goals and 38 specific tasks to do for the “business.” Established reward, if get all accomplished before Christmas (they get the rest of the week off after Christmas) So enthusiastically received that they completed 6 of the tasks already!
