A big thank you to my friend Alan Weiss for the education & tools learned over the years for this one. From what I learned from Alan with respect to value based fees and the powerful videos created on our online learning centre I have been able to pass on new skills to Accountants on how to price on value – not time. This letter received (and actual invoice) is the highest single sale we have seen in our network. The Accountant in question (Graeme Gillard) helped the client with $7.6M worth of benefit. He thought he should charge accordingly!
