Meet the exceptional team members of robnixon: As a Sales Management Coach and Consultant to professional service firms, Quentin has been contracted by accountants, consultants and small businesses to improve profit via sales and acquisition process development, design and training. Favourite areas are acquisition, value pricing, distribution, franchising, process and a variety of sales methodologies. He has over 16 years hands on sales and sales management experience with organisations ranging from QANTAS Airways, Compaq Computers, Hewlett Packard, Oracle Systems, NetSuite, Harvey World Travel, RAN ONE - to small family owner enterprises. Quentin has learnt especially what and what not to do when the rules run out - experience pays higher dividends than theory. Quentin's deeper motivation is to provide the service and platform to help clients become clear, confident and self sustaining in their own pursuits.
As the Marketing Coordinator for robnixon, Fiona has the exciting task of managing and organising all marketing activities and events all around Australia and overseas. With over 7 years experience as an Event Manager and more recently as the Marketing Coordinator in London for an international property firm, Fiona has extensive experience and qualifications in marketing, hospitality and business management and a passion for learning new skills and encouraging others to do their best. Fiona loves to be challenged and is committed to delivering successful events and marketing strategies. Her energy and enthusiasm is a great asset to the team! Katie Biggs As the Sales Administrator for robnixon, Katie provides support to Rob and the team by organising and managing office administrative procedures and ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency. She works closely with Brenda and Fiona in overseeing the coaching club experience and assisting with sales and marketing functions. Katie holds qualifications in marketing and business management and has experience in secondary education. Katie thrives on learning new skills and loves being a part of the lively and enthusiastic team at robnixon. Brenda is Rob's PA and also oversees the entire coaching club experience for new members as well as the existing groups. Brenda's wealth of experience comes from managing a small country medical practice to working at executive level with an International Travel Corporation in the UK. She completed an intensive Success Coaching course and loves working as part of a dedicated team. Brenda considers each and every one of the coaching club members as part of the larger robnixon family. She is committed to ensuring that the quality of caring for Rob, the team and all the coaching club members is of the highest standard. Brenda's friendly and professional manner ensures that the robnixon coaching club experience is unlike any other. Julie manages training & development at robnixon and in particular, coaching club. She is a qualified business coach and trainer with over 13 years experience in education, consulting and business management. During that time she has worked with small businesses and large international corporations helping them improve business profit and performance through innovative training, systems development and coaching. Julie thrives on working with clients helping them to unleash their full potential and is committed to bring energy, enthusiasm and clarity to the coaching club experience.
