How does Rob Work? PDF Print E-mail

Rob works with businesses in 3 ways:

  1. One firm at a time in a consulting / coaching or training capacity
  2. 7-8 firms at a time via his proactive coaching clubs
  3. As a conference speaker / trainer to many firms or the business clients of a firm

Intensive consulting with individual businesses

If Rob is working intensively with only one business then he wants to know as much as possible about that firm before he starts. That generally involves you filling in an extensive questionnaire and supplying any relevant information to help in the analysis stage. Once the questionnaire has been received, Rob will analyse it and come back to you with any questions before designing a customised presentation, workshop or coaching program.

proactive coaching clubs

If you are a member of one of Rob’s proactive coaching clubs then you will have already filled in the questionnaire and spent some time with Rob "one-on-one". As part of your coaching club membership (and on top of the coaching club support program) you have access to Rob via phone or e-mail for ongoing support.

Speaking and Training

If you engage Rob to speak at your conference or team advance, or you have him present a seminar to your clients (and prospects), then he will want to know as much as possible about the format of the program, the audience and your expectations. He will work through 7 key areas with you to help you make the program a huge success.

  1. Initial briefing
  2. Client research
  3. Customisation, tailoring and design
  4. The final briefing
  5. Presentation delivery
  6. De-brief coaching session
  7. Ongoing support

Guaranteed Outcomes

Rob offers an unconditional guarantee with all his work. If after the work is done, you do not feel that that you have received full value, then you can decide how much it was worth and how much to pay (if anything). Should you chose to invoke the guarantee, Rob does ask that you cover any out of pocket expenses that may have been incurred and that you discuss any feedback with him directly.
