From the 2007 year to the 2008 year our coaching clients have on average:

  1. Increased revenue by 24% to an average of $1.9M (Range of $421K - $11M)
  2. Increased profit per partner by 37% to an average of $407K
  3. Increased average hourly rate by 36% to an average of $177 per hour
  4. Improved write offs from -5% write offs to an average of +2% write ons
  5. Reduced lock up (WIP & Debtor days combined) by 47% to an average of 68 days
  6. Increased revenue per partner by 23% to an average of $993K
  7. Increased revenue per fee earner (excl partners) by 39% to an average of $274K

Increased revenue per full time equivalent person by 22% to an average of $142K
