Hi Rob, Always love how you tell it the way it is. The only thing I question here is revenue. I would focus on profitability rather than revenue. Two great books every Accountant should read. Jonathan Byrnes “Islands Of Profit In A Sea Of Red Ink” and “The Lean StartUp” by Eric Ries.Also, if they are truly serious about closer relationships in helping their business clients to grow their businesses by challenging their business models on a regular basis the workbook “Business Model Generation” is brilliant.I always enjoy your contribution to Accounting. As a 250 year old (more like 400 years) business model. It needs a shake up.Best regards,Rod Fraser
